The Fabric
What We Mean by Coffee-Derived
Coffee-derived fabric begins with used
coffee grounds that are cleaned,
processed, and engineered into fibre.
This fibre is blended into fabric that feels
premium, wears comfortably, and
performs quietly in the background.
It does not smell like coffee. It does not
look technical. It simply works.
The Process
Coffee grounds are given a second life
through a carefully controlled process.
Grounds contain 11% coffee oil, 39%
moisture, 50% solids, combined with
recycled plastic to create master
batches.
These refined masterbatches are
transformed into a component that is
integrated into fibre at the yarn stage.
This allows the properties of coffee, such
as odour absorption and breathability,
to become part of the fabric itself rather
than something added later.
The result is a material designed to
perform consistently, wash after wash.
When You Wear It
What you notice first is how it feels.
The fabric has a naturally cool, breathable
hand-feel that stays comfortable through
long hours. It adapts well to changing
conditions, from warm outdoors to air-
conditioned interiors, and moves easily with
you through the day.
It simply stays comfortable.
Responsible Sourcing
Using coffee grounds allows us to make
better use of what already exists.
By repurposing waste that would
otherwise go to landfill, we reduce
material waste and lower dependence
on virgin resources. Responsibility, for
us, is part of making thoughtful
decisions at the material level.
No excess. No compromise.
Our fabrics are developed and produced by specialised partners experienced in advanced and responsible textile manufacturing. Where applicable, materials and processes meet recognised industry standards for safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
