Returns & Exchanges
We currently accept returns or exchanges only if:
● You received a damaged product
● You received the wrong item
● The product has a manufacturing defect
● All exchanges are subject to product availability.
● If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered at CoffeeLives' discretion.

Due to hygiene and limited-drop nature, we do not accept returns for:

Approval & Inspection
All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by CoffeeLives.
We may request additional information, photographs, or videos to verify the issue before approving a return, exchange, or refund.
Returned items may be inspected upon receipt before the final resolution is processed.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Where a return is approved due to a damaged product, incorrect item, or manufacturing defect, CoffeeLives will bear the applicable return shipping cost.
