At CoffeeLives, every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible, just like your favourite cup of coffee.

Shipping Timelines

  •  Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days
    (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Once shipped, delivery may take:
    • 3–7 business days across major cities in India
    • Slightly longer for remote locations

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

      We may offer free shipping on selected orders or during special drops.

      Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real time.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally happen due to weather, courier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before placing the order. CoffeeLives won’t be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If CoffeeLives is unable to fulfil an order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
